What do you like most in TKD? Patterns and Breaking

What do you like least in TKD? Bank holidays: Because there’s no training!

Favourite techniques: Jumping Turning Kick and Back Kick

Hours spent in a Dojang per week:4

Hours spent training (any training) per week:6

Why did you start TKD? Originally for self defence but there has been many more benefits e.g. I have made a lot of very good friends

Goals in TKD: To reach the highest grade possible before I can no longer train, I would be very pleased to reach 7th Degree and become a Master. I will also take the Instructor course and give back to the club the knowledge I have gained.
