Why Turtle Taekwon-Do?

In the GTI traditional TaeKwon-Do gradings are arranged on a regular basis.

Coloured belt gradings are held in Swindon every three months: currently in December, March, June and September.

You must be able to perform your floor work and patterns, but also you must learn your theory.

Gradings are a pressure test, preparing you for the stress of Tournament events or real life self-defence situations.

Black belt gradings are held in the GTI twice per year, in May and October.

It can take three and half years to get your Black belt, if you are lucky enough to be fit for each grading and pass first time.

No belts are awarded to students because of time served alone; every student must attain a set standard.
