GTI Swindon Taekwondo

We realise that it can be a big step starting a martial art, you can feel nervous and anxious when attending classes at the beginning. This is perfectly natural; it is a start of something new and you will face new challenges when you start training.

It is our job as instructors to help you with these challenges and to develop your skills inside the training hall (Dojang).

These skills are often taken to the outside world to our work, school or on the streets.

We have written an introductory training plan to help you learn the basic skills of Taekwondo and also help introduce you to our friendly club.
